I was largely satisfied, however the Valvoline policy is to recommend services for nearly every aspect of the vehicle. I came in for an oil change and ended up paying nearly $200. Everything was “priced” at under $30 so that the extra service doesn’t seem too burdensome while significantly adding up.

Customer service at my Valvoline is always on point. I've interacted with new faces almost every time I go and never met with a frown or poor communication. They are always light hearted, funny, and seem to work great together as a team to get the job done. If I have a question, it's met with (what I feel is) honesty and respect and not judgment like some people would when a woman asks a question about a car. Overall, I enjoy coming here for my oil changes and other car needs because it's quick, convenient, and the staff is easy to work with.
