I usually go to beveling Instant Oil Change elsewhere. This particular location was low customer service. Also they did not do a thorough job. After I was done getting my oil changed I went to get my vehicle inspected at another place and the other place found oil everywhere and that the oil filter was loose. I usually go to valvoline, but I've had a few bad experiences ands am considering changing service stations.
