Everything was fine except for the technicians trying to sell you everything under the sun. Which I realize they’re trained to do so. Another thing I found annoying is the technicians printing the mileage sticker for every 3k miles. My vehicle along with most vehicles these days only require oil changes every 5k mikes. It’s a very subtle way of extorting money from customers. They should ask customers before they go ahead and assume what to print on the sticker.

Our stickers default to 3K miles or 3 months, but you can follow your manufacturer's recommended interval if using the recommended oil. Just ask our team to manually set the mileage you need during your next service, and they will be happy to assist.
