They changed a rear tail light. The light cover was difficult to snap back in, and wouldn't fully go back. So they just left it partially out and didn't say anything. I discovered it a day later and ended up paying my normal mechanic to fully reinstall it. I will never trust Valvoline to do anything other than oil changes again.

It's about assumed corporate policy. I have gone to your shop the last three visits for oil changes and each time I lose oil before my next visit. The last time I was told next time it happens to come in for a top off. So, I did when it was not even halfway through the need to change. Only thing is I was charged for the top off!! I pay more than the dealer to have you change oil and I get worse treatment? If I lost oil at the dealership doing the changes they would be trying to determine why its happening, but it NEVER has happened and they anyways tell me that's what I get for taking it to you guys. They say you're giving me 6 quarts, not the 8.5 Quarts it requires. So, you tell me what's going on?
