I called ahead and confirm that I did not need an appointment for inspection. The lady on the phone said they do inspection until 4pm (it was 2pm) and no appointments are ever necessary. They don't do appointments just first come first serve. I told her I was on my way. I got there by 2:30pm there were can vehicles in any of the bays. There were 2 employees just standing around. I walk in and I am told they can't take me cause they are completely booked for the rest of the day. Answer me this how are you booked when you don't take appointments? How can you turn business away when I was the only customer there and employees were literally standing in empty bays. And why when I called did you tell me to come in and waste my time and gas if you weren't going to help me.??????
I would not recommend any business that acted like this to anyone. Also the Chautauqua County sheriff's are the ones that sent me there trying to help me out. In case it doesn't link to it this was the dunkirk, ny location on vineyard drive.
