I travel a lot for business. My service tag led me to believe that I was due for an oil change. I pulled in and the manager introduced himself and his staff. After scanning me in and some small talk, the manager informed me that I wasn't due for another 2,000 miles due to the type of service I purchased last time. He saved me from an unnecessary oil change. He could have easily charged me and went on his way. The staff continued to top me off at no charge. That type of integrity earns loyalty. Thank you for the integrity of your Manager and Staff. It speaks volumes in a day and age where the customers feel jaded from dishonest companies. Thanks for being one of the good-guys.
