My wife took our new 2026 explorer in for an oil change the day before we left for Vegas. Pulling up to the airport we smelled oil and it went away didnt think anything of it. Well they left off the rings for the oil filter its missing oil all over. We will be taking it back tomorrow for a full refund new oil change and well im livid I wint be dropping this issue. Oil all over my engine bay also great job guys. Waste of my time and money stay away from this place.
