There is a groupon that I purchased that I paid $52.99 but clearly states it’s a “$76.99 value.” It is supposed to include an oil change and a new filter. I am well aware it is my responsibility to cover over 5 quarts of oil which came out to $7 in change. HOWEVER, this man tells me the Groupon is not for an oil change and how it works is that I pay $52.99 for a $52.99 coupon towards their $76.99 oil change. That is incorrect and not true. I explained to this man - why would anyone pay for a coupon that gives the exact value of the item? Which he couldn’t process himself but said “it is just how the company works”. He then proceeded to charge me $22 and then another $18 dollars. He also told me I needed a filter change which I declined after finding out I would be paying $50 total for that. This whole process took nearly an hour and in that time I watched this scamming staff try to sell new oil filters that are “needed to improve the car and keep it working” to three other people. If you’re going to try and scam people into things at least don’t do it infront of the rest of the customers. Too obvious you guys are running a scam, and I will be escalating this.

Niko along with the staff of the day were terrible. I couldn’t understand a word he was saying as he whispered half the time. I speak very clearly and he just didn’t listen to anything said. Also, a car came in after me and done first. Someone said to him why is the other guys car not being done first? He’s said I decided to just do this one first. Very unprofessional staff all around making foolish jokes about wanting to leave early and just walk out.
