Valvoline, Listen clearly... It is not the staff that's the issue. The staff at this location was great. It is your pricing model. Your prices are now higher than the dealer for an oil change. And 3 times the price of me doing it myself. This is unacceptable from a company that is based on a Oil products company. You need to bring your prices to a place between the DIY and the dealer. Maybe where a private garage may sit for an oil change. Otherwise your value is out the door. With that said I will likely not go back to a Valvoline again. The value is simply not there anymore.
