The Assistant Manager Joe needs to realize that when he mocks other customers that are waiting, we all hear what he is saying while we are sitting in our cars. I was having issues with my Groupon that I had purchased and I overheard him tell the kid that was dealing with me, "I'm not getting involved". The poor kid stood there with no direction from a part of his management team and nobody was willing to help. My groupon kept coming up expred when they scanned it but it was valid through Oct 2024. They even tried scanning other Groupon barcodes they had and none worked but they insisted this was a Groupon problem and not theres. I have been a loyal customer to Valvoline for over a decade and I will NEVER use this company after the way I was treated and heard Joe talk trash about customers. He was moved customers ahead of others that were there first and laughed about it when they complained. He is the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever seen. He doesnt value his job or the company he works for and represents.

My engine splash shield was not secured, so when I left the location I heard a scraping noise and had to return to have it fixed. The technician said that he must’ve forgot to secure it and that I should be ok but may need to put zip ties on it just in case. Will never return to this location again, they had absolutely no concern for my safety or care about the fact that this was not done correctly in the first place.
