Staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived close to closing time and they not only took us, but took us with a smile. We were in a small bind because my husband had previously tried to change the oil himself, but couldn't get the oil filter off. Your staff not only got the oil filter off, but asked us why the oil looked so clean, lol. Love honesty ... will definitely be back!

I came in for an Oil change at the very end of the day.. Asked if i was too late,, Tech expressed We will not turn anyone away.. Loved that.. I was Stressed out because my car was running funny. I thought i added too much oil to my car. The techs were very thorough and eased my mind by showing me the dip stick and that I didn't hurt my car.. Also explained to me if i needed to add oil at any point how i should do it... Tech expressed what i should do to my car at the mileage i was at to keep it up and running properly. Suggested some things i could have Valvoline do if i would like or do it on my own.. Very patient and thorough explaining everything and easing my stress.. Much Appreciated.. Very pleasant staff For pulling up 20 minutes before closing. Great Job

I needed a NYS inspection and was told I had to wait an hour, even though there was no one there. Manager said he had paperwork to do. Seems like they really donu2019t want to provide this service. Was told to make an appointment, but I thought the whole point of Valvoline was that itu2019s a drive-up service center. Did not feel like they wanted my service. Did not think the customer service was very nice or personable at all.
