The staff recommended full synthetic oil change on my car that only has 86K miles on it. I requested semi-synthetic and the manager tried to tell me it wasn't an option. Any oil is an option including conventional if "I" the customer chooses that. He eventually gave in to my request after I was very firm that is what I wanted. It was a a quick interaction but not a necessary one. Everything was as expected after that and they got me in and out very quickly which I appreciate.
