I've been a customer at the Glenville, NY Valvoline in excess of 25 years. We have our personal automobiles and business trucks serviced here. I have with rare exception been very pleased with the service I have received, the interaction with the CSM and the fact that my military service of thirty years was recognized with a military discount. I did not receive a military discount today as it is now only being offered to active duty military. How thirty years of honorable service in the United States Submarine Service would not be deemed sufficient to receive a military discount versus an individual in the military with six months (or less) is troubling. I've been in the Persian Gulf on two separate occasions protecting the very shipping lanes that are utilized by tankers that ultimately provide Valvoline their great product.
