At Valvoline, I just had to show up on one of the days the inspector was there. I did have to wait in line for a few ahead of me. But then I had expected that. I have been satisfied for a very long time but this was not good. My tire pressures were not checked - the guy underneath seemed to not know what he was doing - the other two techs seemed to be very disinterested in my questions and requests - they told me I had a transmission leak but then refused to talk to me about it - or fill it up so I felt safe getting home. So for over 100. I got an oil filter and 6 quarts of oil and treated like I was not even there - I do not see me going back there
