After having my oil changed with my new vehicle, I started hearing a noise every bump I went over. Thinking it might be a tie rod or shock, I took it into my mechanic. He found four missing engine cover screws, two were crossthreaded, and two loose. Is this any way to treat a newer vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter? I will never return here again.
