Did not have an oil leak upon arrival- now I do after they changed oil and plug and gasket. I asked if they checked tire pressure and fluids and he said yes but I was sitting in the vehicle and could see they did not. My receipt even says not checked next to tire pressure. Short staffed and seemed to be in a hurry. Printed not responsible for gasket damage over 100,000 miles. That tells me they knew they did damage when replacing.

They performed three or four services in what felt like about 4 minutes. As I was sitting there I reflected that had I taken the car to the dealership I would have had to make an appointment, and then I would have been there for two hours. Valvoline didn't have an engine air filter that fit my vehicle, so they offered to install one that I brought from an auto parts store. I wanted to install it myself, but I appreciated the offer.
