Your people are the BEST!!! Alex, Andrew (u201cMartinezu201d), Kyle, and a few others (shout-out to Hailey) are so customer-focused and helpful. I drive an older car and the skid plate started dragging. I recently got my oil changed there, so I went back for help. Alex, Andrew, and Kyle found needed hardware. Alex fixed the problem, explained what was going on (threads stripped in old plastic sockets), Alex gave me recommendations for how to fix it permanently. Itu2019s crazy to single any one or two people out, because these folks are a Team, they work so beautifully together. Oh, and did I mention they did this gratis. Thank you to the Jefferson Road Valvoline in Rochester NY. They are the BEST.
