The actual inspection was fine, no complaints. However the drive-in setup was not ideal. After waiting in line for quite awhile in the main drive-in area, I was told this wasn’t the line for inspections. There was no way to move to the inspection line from there. I had to find a way to back out, go around the building and do a 3 point turn to get in line for the inspection. This isn’t acceptable. There should be one easy entrance regardless of the service you’re there for.

I waited for and hour and 20 minutes with only two cars agreed. The other lines were moving around me and I watched as cars come after me, received service, and left. The tech said that the person two cars in front of me didn’t speak English so it was taking a while. I saw little urgency from anyone on staff or a recognition that the wait time was outrageous. My tech was in his phone in front of me and another one was dancing to music coming from a car. Glad they were having fun while I was stuck in the car with my kids. This valvoline the staff are usually hustling and calling out numbers, this time it was a lazy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by someone and the tech came to talk to me after waiting 45 min with no movement but it wasn’t enough.

By doing there job the right way. There was a bunch of new people and they don’t look too happy to be there. And it took forever, This was actually the first time I’ve ever waited that long to do an oil change and they didn’t wanna check my battery life. If I’m paying $100 for a service I want everything that’s supposed to be done, done….

So I've been using your location since moving to the area I have two vehicles that your company performs services on. My ford 2011 was in the other day for an oil change which was completed. When I was asked to start my vehicle I noticed the idle was off like the car wanted to stall. I mentioned to the staff that it sounded off knowing pretty well what the issue was. I was told that my vehicle sounded normal. When I pulled out and around the corner my vehicle stalled I coasted into a spot stop and popped my hood. I found When they checked my air filter they had pulled the intake tube off the throttle body which is an issue in of its self. The other issue was in the intake tube sits the mass air flow sensor. The problem with the tube being disconnected from the throttle body was it was sucking in air after the sensor giving the car bad readings thus causing the idle issue. Then I noticed that the air box had not been secured at all. When I grabbed a staff member to show them I was met with must have missed it. Not even an apology or an admission of making a mistake.

It was so close to closing time and a line of 6 cars ahead of me. They let me know it was no problem, apologized for the wait and were very polite and helpful. They did not rush me or the service and even offered additional services that I know would have kept them quite late. When I declined due to the time, there was no pressure, and a very friendly offer to take care of the service at my next visit.

They didn't check my tires. I had to remind them to do it My truck lights where not checked. I scared that didn't get the oil change that I paid for. I had a coupon and it was 10.00 off the service.
