You guys provide two basic services! State inspections, and oil change’s and you’re gonna tell me that you don’t have anybody available on the schedule to handle state inspections? you have only one person to handle all that responsibility at this location? And they’re not scheduled at the beginning of a month when most state inspections are usually changing over? Do better.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi Carlo. We’re sorry to hear about any miscommunication regarding the inspection service, and we’d like to help clear this up. Typically, there is a certain time and date this service is offered, so give our Customer Care Team a call at 800-327-8242 before your next service. We’ll be happy to confirm if the inspection service is being offered on that day to help save you a trip.

I just started coming to Valvoline a few months ago and I really like coming here. These guys are very nice very accommodating quick they don’t try and push everything on you but they do tell you that you need stuff and it’s up to you to say yes or no whether you want it or not, but they go there thorough and they go through everything and I like that.
