My daughter brought the car in and she didn't realize that the oil was changed recently. The attendant alerted her to this and did not service the car and unnecessarily service the car just to add to their numbers. I truly appreciate the honesty and assisting my daughter in this way. We're having trouble with my coolant flush, instead of informing me of the problem, they were under the hood forever... They worried me. I asked if everything was all right ? Young lady asked me why I said because it seems like you guys are having a problem or maybe you don't know what you're doing... If they had just explained the problem, I wouldn't have said anything. So a little communication with the customer, would be highly recommended...
