I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Ulster Avenue in Kingston today. The service was extremely quick and professional with all the technicians verbally confirming tasks before checking them off. I was a bit intimidated going in because of the “stay in your car” setup, but it ended up being very fast and easy. There was no upselling pressure at all. They initially offered conventional oil, but switched to full synthetic when I asked without any issue. They also checked all my fluids, tested the battery, and adjusted my tire pressure during the visit. Overall, it felt like great value for about $102. Im happy to pay extra for convenience and professionalism. I’ll definitely be going back for future oil changes.
