I specifically went to the Valvoline location in Lackawanna after reading online reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I chose this location because it consistently has the best reviews and the fewest complaints. Even though there’s another Valvoline much closer to me, I was willing to drive the extra distance—and it was absolutely worth it.
The team in Lackawanna was professional, efficient, and very thorough. I especially appreciated how informative they were about other maintenance services without making me feel pressured into an upsell. That made the experience feel honest and customer-focused.
I highly recommend this location to anyone in the WNY area, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Came in to get an inspection around 2:30 got told to come back at 4, showed up at 3:55 and got told they already had one other car and they were done with doing inspections for the day.
