Went with my neighbor had to return because final safety checks were not done before we left(oil pressure was never tested)and they stripped the oil plug. The manager Corey was very rude and disrespectful to my friend using the phrase "at the end of the day." before every comment. Stating how he did not have to replace the plug, how he could could drain the oil just put in. He even went so far as to tell my neighbor how he didn't care about his veteran status and threatened to push the car out of the shop. Never in life have I seen something so unprofessional. Also told the customer that his compensation for their mistake was that he didn't charge him to fix the problem.
