I had over do signals about overdo oil change thqt sounded alarm in car which could have caused and accident, then went off but I drove immediately to Latham NY location and staff checked dash to say that is what it was. Car was taken in by man because I was uncertain about pulling into garage. Sat and before long was done! I will return in August for annual inspection needed which I had done there last year. the next day when I woke up I had a pile of oil leaking out of my car all over my brand-new driveway I just had a company seal.Had to go back to the store and have them tighten something or clean off an oil pan with oil was leaking.I've never had this happen before and I do not have time to go back twice just first of oil change. The assistant manager was very helpful with the issue but I thought I should get some type of coupon or credit for my next oil change. Since I had to go back there twice was very disappointed that he said he could not offer me any coupon discount when you give coupons every month I get them an email.I do understand sometimes things happen but I certainly think I should I got a credit or so much in common scrubbed oil stain off my brand-new driveway

I went for a synthetic oil change and they were great in providing that service. They also recommended that I could use a service on my AC unit. While I was there this was a service I saw recommended to almost everyone before me in line as well. I decided to decline the service for that day because my AC hadn’t been working the best in the past month but was still acceptable. After leaving my oil change when I drove home my AC wasn’t working at all and was only blowing out hot air. A similar situation happened to me last year when I was prompted to receive this service, I agreed to it, and then when I left it wasn’t working to its capacity. I brought it back the next day or so and they checked and said it drained a good amount and there was nothing they could do about it. Now I have to get my AC serviced somewhere sooner than expected because whatever was done to gauge my levels must have messed with whatever coolent I had left.
