They didnu2019t pressure me into purchasing extra products or services for my truck however, it was repeated several times which made me feel very uncomfortable because I specifically said the first time just the oil change today I do not have the extra money for the other items - he acknowledged me walked away to the front of the truck but when he came back to the computer to check me out he repeated it two more times! I completely understand th ats how they get their commissions and extra money by upselling but again I felt uncomfortable because I already stated once I couldnu2019t afford it and I had to say it again which embarrassed me! I have a brain disease and Iu2019m out of work so money is very tight at the moment Thank you I will be back that didnu2019t deter me from returning

There was a skid plate that they had to remove and couldn't get back on, which was fine - they explained to me that it wasn't strictly necessary and that I could either go without it or they could put it in my truck to take somewhere else to reinstall it. The only problem is, one if the bolts that they didn't put back in was holding the corner of a second skid plate, which they did not mention. Took my car on a weekend trip and ended up in a parking lot removing the other skid plate that had bent down and was scraping on the road where the bolt was missing. Now that skid plate is ruined because the bolt hole location is worn off from scraping on the road.
