Everyone smiled. That was my favorite part. They were also quick, thorough, and informative but the smiles were the best.

Staff was friendly but took over 30 minutes to get the oil filter off, I had my kids in the car after work and school and it was not pleasant. Then I asked for the $5 convenience fee to be waved and they gave me $20 discount I already had a coupon for so I got nothing except a coupon for my next oil change that wasn’t as good as what I get in the emails.

I liked how fast the oil change is, I had to move my vehicle to have my tires rotated which I thought was odd, they should have both bays ready for tire rotation and oil change and not have the customer move. I think they got my car and the car that came in next to me mixed up because on the sticker they gave me it said my mileage for next oil change is at 69,610 miles, I only have 26,610 miles in my car, I'm not going to wait till then ( haha). I do feel it is very expensive, plus a $5 service charge for the oil, it should have been in the price of the oil and not extra. I always look for coupons.
