This was my second visit to the Valvoline in Baldwin Place this year. I was experiencing what I thought was a problem with the battery of our Subaru and remember purchasing a battery there a few years ago for our Honda. I first met Ian, but did not know he was the manager. I waited a short while and he then started to attend to my car. I told him that as long as I was there I also wanted a synthetic oil change like I previously had. Christian then began working on the engine for the oil change as Ian tested the battery. Ian then told me the battery had a pretty low voltage and that he would strongly recommend getting a new one which they could install. I agreed. I also met Cayne who actually did the oil change under the car and he worked together with Ian and Christian. I must tell you that I was so very impressed with the three individuals, Ian, Christian and Cayne. Their work was outstanding and my wife and I were so pleased. These are excellent employees.

There is a huge sign that says 15 minute oil change.. I waited over 15, just to get in the bay, then once in, I waited another 15 to get first, then the service took around 25 minutes. Too few people working. So I was there for close to an hour.
