I pulled in to the Valvoline instant oil change in Manlius, New York after seeing my check engine light come on. I had trouble in the past with my dashboard lighting and was unsure if I was due for an oil change. As soon as I pulled in, the manager Pedro guided my driving into position for my car care. He was able to guide me in pressing the correct buttons to not only have my dashboard lighting Come on, but also be able to see that my oil change was very overdue, along the exact mileage as I had been unable to obtain this information for some time. He introduced himself as the manager, as well as, the two other young gentlemen, Liam and Jackson. They were very attentive to what my car needed as well as changing the oil and wiper blades. My passenger side wiper blade had a rip in it, which I did not notice until it was brought to my attention. I noticed that Liam was in training, Jackson and Pedro were very kind, professional and encouraging in explaining things to him and providing him the opportunities to have hands-on experience. Pedro was very professional as the manager, and was in tune to what was happening with my car as well as another car that pulled in. They demonstrated excellent teamwork and communication not just with each other but also with myself and the other client. Pedro reviewed with me what my car was due for and casted no judgment when I said no. He supplied a printout for me, which I greatly appreciate so that I can return in the future to tackle one job at a time. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend going here. I’m happy to also say that my check engine light did go off on its own after I drove about 30 miles. I also thought that I had a coupon for 20% off when it came time to cash out. However, it had expired at the end of December. Rather than give up, Pedro helped me find a 15% off coupon on Google. From the moment that I pulled in there, it was a wonderful experience. From the “happy to help” responses, to all of them actually demonstrating those words physically! Well done
