I have been coming here for a few years and have always been happy with the service. But this past visit was was bad. The 2 employees that did my oil change were obviously new. I had to ask to have my tire pressure checked & filled but notated all tires were at 35psi, I had to ask how to reset my oil indicator back to 100%, I had to affix the next oil change to my widow. They never filled my wiper fluid but notated that it was added. Then handed me a check list of what needs to be done at next visit for added costs on a truck that is only 6 months old. Management needs to do a better job at training and observation.

So never going back to this Vavoline. They told me an oil change is not $140 because of tariffs and my "special oil". Another location told me Synthetic oil changes are $110 at most. Most horrifically, another Vavoline told me they left tools right on my engine under the hood and the oil cap off. They mentioned that this was really unprofessional. Awful compared to most places.
