Receipt says oil level indicator was reset but I reset it myself after leaving. For the price, these items are expected, otherwise your service is extraordinarily overpriced.

I was told I should upgrade to the more expensive oil. The worker asked if I wanted her to explain the difference between the oils and I said yes please. She said that if you get the cheaper one it means that you don't care if your car falls apart. I said that a scientific explanation would help me more. She repeated that the cheap stuff is fine if you were about to sell it or junk it. I told her that I do not respond to that kind of sales pitch and to just give me the cheap stuff. Not sure if I will ever go back.

There was no line. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated extremely well and announced everything they were doing, not only for my car but to other cars who were getting services done as well. They showed what they did, topped of all other needed liquids, and did not try to sell me on air filters, wiper blades nor other services that I am accustomed to be sold on at other places. Other places bill you for services not rendered. I am upset at myself for not using Valvoline before
