Have been taking our truck here for years. Last oil change we noticed a leak in our driveway. Took it to my mechanic to check it out. He found a Helix coil inserted into the oil pan and it was coming out. The threads in the drain pan were stripped. When I went to the Vavoline store all they wanted to offer me was “one maybe two free oil changes” for the $1600 issue they created. They have been the only ones who have touched the oil pan and do not want to take responsibility or accountability for any issues. There were no issues prior to this leak. This is a company that does not stand behind their work. I do not recommend going to them especially if you want to risk having an issue with you vehicle. Their response is we don’t stock helix coils. That doesn’t stop the mechanic from having their own. The district manager would not listen to my side of the story. They only back their manager. They have horrible customer service and only care about their company and not the customer.
