I commend Daniel, I was instructed to pull in behind car that was in bay 2, ten minutes after I arrived a car just pulled in behind a car in bay 1 without asking where to go.When the car in bay 1 was finished, Daniel did the right thing and instructed the woman that I was there first and could she please pull back so I can be serviced.She waited 10 minutes and then went on a rant, that she is reporting him etc..I manage a large retail department--She was a real life entitled "Karen" and if anything, Daniel should be commended for acting professionally.

The guys that helped me out at the Dolson Avenue valvoline were very helpful. I had a problem with my oil filter cup. The fellas on the car explained to me very well what needed to be replaced and how much the price was and what might’ve caused or what might’ve happened with the cup. The young man that serviced my car is named Nicholas. He did a fantastic job and would not cut corners. When it was difficult to get the air in my front driver side tire, the manager, told him not to do it and make a notation that the valve was inaccessible. The young man wouldn’t leave it at that because he knew the message on my dashboard saying ‘tire pressure’ was bothering me and was dedicated to take the time to access the valve. I love seeing a young person with such dedication to his work. I’m sure he’ll be a manager soon if he isn’t already.
