The staff explained everything I need prior to just doing the oil change. Showing me the dip stick, explaining why it is important to get an oil change every 3,000-4,000 miles instead of when my car reminds me to. As well as, showed me all of my air filters for me to decide whether or not I wanted to change them now or at a later date. Which I really appreciated.
