Never got my oil change here. After pulling in and waiting about 20 minutes another car pulled in around 5 to 10 minutes after me and they started servicing that vehicle first. They did not acknowledge me that did not let me know the vehicle only needs this real fast or anything like that. Jay just left me waiting there for total time of almost 30 minutes with nothing being done and servicing a vehicle that came in almost 10 minutes after me. I made it very clear to them. How upset I was. Please don’t get me wrong the people here were very busy. The point was that they started servicing a vehicle that came in almost 10 minutes after me without even acknowledging me or letting me know what the hell is going on. Valvoline is a first come first serve place no matter what the other vehicle needed if it was only five minutes in Work or a half hour wouldn’t work I was there first and that’s how Valvoline marks first come first serve they did not treat me like this. They just left me waiting there. I stuttered up my car. I let them know how unhappy I was. I received no services from them and I left. I will not be going back to this place as I will not trust them to work on my car.
