They had to hand write everything but they got it done! I appreciated that he went the extra mile on a challenging day. And very happy that my AC works great!

Kevin the service manager was very courteous and did not try to “sell me” on anything. He did recommend a new air filter after showing me how dirty the current one was. I ended up replacing the air filter with a new one per Kevin’s suggestion. I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time.

I do like Valvoline, It seems there is an upcharge for "European Full Synthetic" beyond what is posted. Is it really that different! What next, a discount for "Korean Full Synthetic"? All humor aside, as customers we would like to come in earlier rather than later, as well as you would like that scenario - keeping the price reasonable is the biggest help in doing that.
