I asked the worker, Michael to check my ac refrigerant as advertised on the sign that says "Free AC check." Michael informed me that the low pressure hose was underneath the car and acted like he didn't want to go underneath. He came to the driver side and put his hand over the vent and said it was fine. I ended up checking it myself in an auto parts parking lot in 90 degree weather and found out that I had no refrigerant. I ended up doing it myself. Michael also cut corners by not removing the plastic engine cover and dropping the old oil filter, spilling oil down the engine. He just ran through the videos of services without explaining or even trying to sell me any extras. Not happy at all.
