The staff at the Vails Gate location are friendly, but they look for any little thing to tack on additional fees to your bill. When I got my oil change they said the price is $106 and then I told them I had a Groupon and they changed the price to $118, I asked why the price increased and the guy says it’s because he had to put in new gaskets.
I go back for an inspection and I’m told that my license plate bulbs are out and need to be replaced, they were just replaced this summer. A $21 inspection cost me $60 because the bulbs had to be changed to pass the inspection. I know next time to inspect and take pictures of my car and all lights before I get another inspection.
