Ken, the assistant manager was so professional, as were his team. We are moving across the country, so was way overdue for an oil change. Ken made sure we got the appropriate service, including a motor flush. He also recommended a great cookie place, that we headed strait over to. We are so glad we had the service when we did. He also reset the computer in the car--which sometimes the dealer forgot to do! You have a fine asset in Ken and his stellar team. PLEASE be sure upper management knows.

The visit was fine, the only thing that could have been better was the greasy hand prints on my white door handles could have been wiped off. Didnu2019t notice it until I got back into the car after eating lunch and I had to buff them off.
