Every time I go here they are “busy” and it’s a wait when not a single car is in the bay? It wasn’t one time but multiple times. It’s so frustrating!

Will not be going back here for a oil change or inspection. Two times ive gone and both times for wipers, and missing lug nuts??? !!!! Mechanic. If u call them that there, came in after I refused the more expensive wipers, then came in and said I was missing lug nuts, and my inspection failed. Had to go buy 2 lug nuts, and return for them to put them on. Charged me 10 bucks for 8 seconds of work to put 2 lug nuts on. Joke.

Hi Ashton, thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the safety inspection. According to the New York State vehicle/emissions inspection program, wipers and lug nuts are part of the inspection. If the wipers are not up to standard or if lug nuts are missing, the safety inspection cannot pass, as we are committed to ensuring our guests are safe on the road. We located your invoice and would like to confirm our team didn't charge you to install the lug nuts; the charge was for the re-inspection fee. For more information, you can visit the DMV website at:
