I went here for a simple oil change and tire rotation, something I apparently should have just done myself. It was supposed to be about convenience, but the incompetence of the employees working that day ended up costing me over $800 in damage to my car.
They lost control of an air hose, and I literally watched three employees chase it around the shop like baboons until it eventually whipped into the side of my car, chipping the paint and denting it.
Valvoline has completely refused to reimburse me for the damage caused by their own employees. I went through their claims process, provided repair estimates, and even mailed a letter directly to corporate. They still refused to make it right.
Absolutely disgraceful company and an unbelievably incompetent location. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again, and after seeing how Valvoline handles damage caused by their own employees, I would not recommend any Valvoline location.
