They did not take enough oil out of my car. My car holds 5L they only took out about 3L then proceeded to fill the car with 5L of new oil, therefore overfilling the engine. I was not aware of this until after the fact as I was driving the car right after the oil change and the engine started smoking. I called and they sent someone to my house to pump the oil out where they then pumped out 7.5L of oil (again my car only holds 5L!) The staff were not very helpful after this at all, they tried saying cctv shows they showed me the dipstick after the oil change and said I agreed… I am NOT a mechanic and would not know what I’m agreeing to clearly. They also said cctv shows them pumping out about 3L of oil (as I stated before) which was clearly not the full amount they should have pumped out. They offered that I could have half price on my next oil change and thought they were so great for coming to my house and “doing your second oil change for free” a second oil change which would not have been needed had they done it right the first time. This is a HUGE mistake that can severely compromise my car and they do not care, they’ve offered nothing to check it out or anything.
