Sam (I think that was his name not sure) was phenomenal. He went down the list and told me what the recommendations were for additional services without any pressure at all. Super smooth and excellent service. Offered to help me open hood when I was looking for it. I have been getting semi synthetic and he noticed my oil was lower than it should be after only 3000 miles and recommended getting fully synthetic which I thought I was getting prior. Best customer service yet out of all the Valvolines I have been too!
