Once they popped the hood it took close to a half hour, maybe more. It seems that the tech in the pit is trying to work on all three cars instead of focused on one car, to get it out of the shop.Also, it would be great if there were big fans mounted on the walls to get some air circulation, for the workers and the customers

Valvoline did something to our car that made it so that it now does not even run. After the service all the check engine lights were on. When we returned for more help they did more things that led to the car being unable to even start. This is not an old car, it’s a 2020 Subaru Outback that has never had any problems. The car had to get a tow to a nearby mechanic shop on Monday. It is now Thursday and we still do not have an update about the car or a timeline on when we will have it back.
