IT was my daughter's first time changing oil in her vehicle. The experience itself was pleasant, but the next day, her car started stalling and smoking. She came home very scared and upset. I checked the oil level (noticing the oil stains in the driveway), and realized there was practically no oil. I went back the next day, and unfortunately was told that it may not have been their fault, and they cannot do anything for me until I bring the car back. I asked how since there is no oil in the car, and the associate told me I can flat-bed it there. He took absolutely no responsibility for it, did not offer any solution even though she has been driving the car for months, and suddenly the day after we brought it for the oil change, the oil leaked out... I got someone to check it for me, and of course, the oil filter was not screwed properly. It is now refilled, and nothing else is wrong with it. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of sympathy, or help, and trying to push blame on "something else wrong wit the car". We have been using Valvoline for years, so I took my daughter there for the first time too. But looks like we have to find a different place now.

When I stepped out of my car, on this extremely hot day, I was rudely commanded to sit in my car. I was told again, rudely that it was a drive through service and I must stay in my car. This was not my previous 20 year experience at this station. And when I did try to get some fresh cooler air , in the no longer , waiting room , it was barren.
