Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing due to the customer service provided by one particular female technician. Each time I visit, she seems to have an unpleasant attitude, comes across as unapproachable, and gives the impression that assisting customers is an inconvenience.
During my most recent visit, I simply asked whether they could top off my windshield washer fluid, and her response was unnecessarily snappy and unprofessional. It was a reasonable question that did not warrant that type of reaction.
I understand that everyone has difficult days, but when the same behavior occurs repeatedly, it becomes a pattern rather than an isolated incident. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, her attitude continues to negatively impact my overall experience at this location. I hope management addresses this because customer service is just as important as the service being performed on the vehicle.
