Every time I go there they are either closing early or not doing inspections past noon.

I took my vehicle here for an oil change once in the winter because I wasn't going to do it myself in that weather. Came with a coupon which the asst manager pretended to scan while actually hitting a different barcode, and then said "someone else already used it" (it was from the front page of the website). These guys think they're slick, but he probably didn't realize I could see his buddy giggling on the other side of the car. They also recommended an engine air filter replacement, which really was not due yet but I removed it afterward since they had checked it, and sure enough they had smeared oil all over the clean side so I replaced it. Seemed deliberate, but even if it wasn't it should never happen. The oil change itself was fine, I guess. I didn't notice anything amiss at the next change, but I would never come back to this location.

Told me i passed inspection but asked about my catalytic converter because they didn't see it. I didn't realize that my vehicles catalytic converter was integrated into the exhaust but they should have. Instead they called me a liar, re-did the emissions testing and short cycled the test to fail me and scrape my sticker. I won't be returning ever again.
