They were quick to service my car and one of the staff members that wasn't directly working with me came over and asked how I was doing even though he was on his way for a break. The original staff member who led me into the shop seemed like he was a little down about something, but I don't blame him if he is having a bad day. The other staff member definitely made up for it!

Lynn and Adam were very nice workers. I had never been to Valvoline and was surprised that I did not have to get out of the car. Wow! What a convenience! The small tasks that needed to be done inside the car was always asked by Lynn before she did it. The only small thing is that it says on my receipt that Windshield Wash Fluid Level - added. I believe this means they added the fluid. If so that is definitely not the case because I literally went and picked up a new bottle and it topped off. Otherwise I really appreciate the service provided. I’m definitely a pleased customer.
