I don't enjoy using your business unless I absolutely have to because of the sales pushes to upsell multiple services. It puts customers especially inexperienced customers in a very awkward position. I understand the business practice but it is pushy and bordering predatory. A solution would be to point out something if it is absolutely serious or dangerous but if not to print out an estimate for the recommended services with the price and hand it to the customer at the beginning of the oil change. This way the customer can look at that paperwork while they are getting the oil changed and if they have questions they can initiate that interaction not have to give 5 different objections when all they want is an oil change.
