The team really seemed to get along very well. Nathan was my helper at the window, he obviously training a newer Employee, By the way he was talking to him. I brought donuts for the crew as a tip. They where very appreciative. Very polite group of young men. The newer Employee thanked me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.

Seth and the guys are really great. The reviews were correct. They took care of my car and it needed a couple pricey things but the prices are very fair for a national company. They got a quarterly customer for as long as I live in Saratoga!

I took my vehicle in for a NYS inspection and was told by the manager and assistant manager that my rear brakes "weren't looking so hot". I asked if they passed or failed and after the third time the assistant manager stated it would fail. I took my keys and took it to a small town shop who thoroughly examined the entirety of the rear brakes and components thereof. They found no issues in the condition or operation of the brakes and passed the vehicle with no issue. The manager was rude and incompetent.
