Stanley is great. I explained how I went to Walmart for my last oil change and they ( Walmart) insisted I get full synthetic oil. Basically Iu2019m never going back to Walmart because it was a nightmare and I like the fast friendly service at the Crane street location. Iu2019ve never had a problem at Valvoline
