They staff replaced my windshield wiper which was needed but there was trouble getting the new one back on. With the time it took to do that the tire pressure was never checked or the new oil sticker added. Not huge things but they normally always remember to do that.

The person doing my oil change was not knowledgeable about anything. Seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Then the other kid never put my cover to the engine back on so was just loose under my hood . They told me I could “Google how to reset oil light and do it myself”. My oil is low and light still on so I checked the dipstick and it’s very low. Never had an issue with valvoline but this was my first time at this location. Will not be going back to this location and will have to really consider coming back to valvoline at all after this experience.
