Also went the next day to have an inspection done and the inspector didn’t know how to engage a parking break fully and said he can’t inspect it because the parking brake didn’t work. I showed him it did work when it was fully engaged. I also stepped on the gas to show that the car couldn’t move. Lazy. I also brought my wife’s car and they said that they couldn’t take a skid plate off which they have done multiple times and try to blame another garage when I indeed stated that I got it done at their shop. So when I went home I looked at the skid plate and saw that it was only a 4 screws. I took it off and did my own oil change no problem. It is the same freaking technician who denied me of my inspection. He’s lazy. Never had any issues with this till he showed up and began to work. I use to brag about the shop and now I will never set foot in there and I told multiple people not to go
