Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to get an oil change a couple days ago and somehow needed a transmission fluid change as well. Mind you I have a 2022 Honda accord brand new and some how needed a change. Anyways, to start off I have gone here before new management and never had a problem until I went this time with new management. They have never told me I need a transmission fluid change before because my car is only at 50,000 miles. LET ME TELL YOU… HORRIBLE JOB. Two days later I am stranded in the middle of the road with all my sensor lights on and my car not moving AT ALL and WAS SHAKING. It’s 11 PM at night. I had to call a tow truck and get it towed to a body shop and was carless for a couple days just to find out my car DID NOT HAVE ALL THE OIL IT NEEDED. So I’m going to this place with intention of getting a full service oil change just for my car to end up at a body shop missing 1 QUART OF OIL AND DID NOT THAT TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGED. No wonder all my sensors went off. I call customer care to open a claim and receive of call from MR. ALEX. HE DISREGARDED EVERYTHING I SAID AND PROCEEDED TO TRY MAKING ME BELIEVE HE DID EVERYTHING CORRECT. So if you did everything correct why am I stranded in the middle of a road with my engine light on, transmission light, and etc at 11 PM AT NIGHT two days after I get all of this done????. He started explaining that they operate different now because of “new management” and management before was dismissed. CLEARLY if it’s my first time going under new management I have 0 clue how you operate. In fact, my first service UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT WAS POOR. He did not want accommodate me in any other way besides giving me a free oil change. Why would I go again to get an oil change when they did not FILLL UP THE OIL WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE. I’m paying full price for what??? Also, he is very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing or saying. Just goes back and forth AND DOESNT UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION. Then proceeds to say “ you should’ve brought the car to us to figure out the problem before taking it to a body shop” NO THANK YOU IM ALREADY STRANDED and that’s the only service I got done to the car before it happened. Just so you can scam more??? Yea no I’m good. I’m gonna go somewhere or to someone who I’ve know for longer than someone I have known for 30 minutes. AND THE DISHONESTY IN THIS PLACE IS CRAZY. They will do anything to take money out of you when it’s not necessary when you don’t even get the full service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
