They could have told me the oil change was going to take one hour to complete. I was on my lunch hour from work needed it done in 30 minutes. I expressed my particular situation to the attendent to which he replied, "No problem". I took his word for it and paid the price by getting back to work 15 minutes past my time. I cannot comprehend how a service station that ONLY DOES OIL CHANGES would take ONE HOUR to complete such a simple task.

I needed my brakes changed and I googled does Valvoline change brakes and the answer was yes. The manager informed me the service is no longer offered. I wish you would bring this service back.
