Valvoline IOC Vestal NY didn’t drain the old oil from my SUV. Added 6.2 new quarts on top of the old oil. My vehicle became disabled 500 yards down the road in the middle of traffic with 12.5 quarts of oil and an unbelievable amounts of smoke pouring out of it. To this day….three weeks later, I haven’t heard from Valvoline and the car still smokes. This is after submitting a claim. Good luck with this outfit.

I went on Tuesday and they didn't have the oil for my vehicle in stock. They told me to call the next day to check if they had it. I called and the answering service tried to get a hold of them but said they were too busy to pick up but the system showed they had the oil in stock. So I drove back down, this is Wednesday now, they did have the oil but did not have the filter in stock necessary to do the oil change. I had to go somewhere because I can't keep checking back waiting for a company that specializes in oil changes to have all the necessary things to have my oil changed. I went to a competitor on Thursday and they didn't have all the things in stock to do the oil change but called out and got the necessary materials to complete the oil change. Valvoline didn't offer any alternative, they just told me they didn't have the oil one day and the filter the next. The other company I went to went out of their way to get my oil change done. I won't be going back to valvoline or recommending it to anyone else. A no appointment 15 min oil change sounds convenient, but in reality it was a hassle that didn't work out.
