One of the worst service experiences every at Valvoline in Vestal. I understand it was near closing time, but I was in and out of Bay 2 in under 4 minutes. Nothing was explained. Lights and Brake lights not checked. Wipers not checked. Battery was not checked. Air filter and cabin filter were not checked and I was not shown the condition they were in. I was not even given the usual sales pitch for other services. No reminder sticker either. My wife and I have been going to Valvoline in Vestal for many years but this was by far the worst service experience. Basically they just "rushed" the job because it was after 7 pm. I'm disappointed in myself because I didn't say anything as I was leaving. I was shocked when garage door was opening, and guy was waving me out. What a waste of $65 and so disappointed.

The team members were actually great.. the cost of the oil change was just a bit high. I understand cost is related to convenience but it was still too high. One of the guys accidentally poured some oil outside of the hole and they warned me that it might smoke a little but I was more worried about losing that amount of oil from my oil change. They insisted it wouldn’t make a difference but I wanted every drop of oil for an $80 oil change! The guys here are always helpful, kind, quick, empathetic, and non-judgmental. It can be tough dealing with auto guys as a young woman so it is very welcome how cool they always are. They are why I always go there.
