The worker, Rhys, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He clearly explained the prices, the services, what they needed me to do from inside the vehicle, etc. He alerted me about a small transmission fluid seepage and how I should go about getting that fixed. Usually when I get my oil change I'll spend the whole time on my phone but he was great to talk to even while he kept on eye on everything that was going on. He told me he was recently promoted and I can absolutely see why. All of the other workers were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my best experiences at Valvoline

The victor ny location was awesome. We had an oil change done at the canadaguia location and the techs there failed to inform me that the dip stick gasket had been destroyed. They sent me off and we had to find that the car was leaking and running rough. Victor checked it out and was able to recommend a few options while getting a gasket to fit in the meantime.

Staff that changed my battery forgot to put the plastic piece back on that surrounds the whole battery. Saw him walking with it over to the corner to throw it out and I had to tell the guy who was ringing me out to get that guy and tell him to bring that back and put it over the battery the way it was. Also the cost to replace my cabin filter was like 50 bucks which I thought was outrageous.
