It was suppose to be a quick oil change but the other services you offer to do while others wait in line are rediculous causing wait time to be unacceptable, the wait times were rediculous. There were three and four in line as I left and came back 4 times hoping for shorter lines. Then I had to wait and customer just ahead had his trunk lining removed trying to replace a light bulb. I waited for hours all in all. I'll change my freakin oil in my driveway from now on.

They educated me on my transmission fluid. My vehicle takes dextron 6 for transmission fluid, they didn’t have it, they made a phone call and educated me on a transmission fluid that works also that was dexron 6 compliant.
