I had the discount email with a coupon but it was not pulling up a bar code for them to scan to apply the coupon. There should be a system in place where, if they see you have the email they can scan a discount in store to give me the discount. Even if its not the full amount. Also, not store related but there should be a way to know which line to pull into. I pulled behind one car and just guessed that it would be serviced faster than the other line. Sometimes they will direct me but there should be an indicator outside the building with EST wait time for each customer being serviced.

Weu2019ve never been to an instant oil change so we didnu2019t know we could stay in the car. We parked and went to walk inside but a couple of workers came out to ask if we needed help. It was raining pretty bad so it was sweet of them to run out in the rain to help us out. Once we got back in the car they guided us into the bay and started the service. Iu2019m not the most knowledgeable but they were patient and answered my questions. If we need another oil change before we move we will be back.
