Joe at the Webster/ Empire Blvd store is the absolute ud83dudcaf best!! I had been in for an oil change. He informed me about the upcoming service that would be needed on my differential fluid. And what I should be on the look out for from my vehicle. Because of his communication to me about this I was able to rely the information to my mechanic who in turn said absolutely a good idea to have it done. So when the time came to have it done which was on the 24th I went back to the same valvoline store and I got JOE! ud83dude0aud83dude01 He is a very relatable person who has been a great help to me and keeping my car running safely. I will definitely be coming back again in the near future.
