I would like to commend the employees who worked today At Valvoline on Empire Boulevard. Laney and the other gentleman who were working were efficient, communicated well with each other, were very professional, and extremely friendly. I can't say enough as to how positive and festive this group was. (I also had a 50% off coupon for an oil change which was an excellent deal) Kudos to the crew

First time ever using this location and I went early on a Sunday morning right after they opened. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the service was beyond stellar. Laney checked me in and walked me through the entire appointment with what my options were, and I never felt pressured or upsold - she genuinely asked if I wanted to hear more and I decided if I did or not. Laney was working with Ryan that day who was taking care of the oil change on my vehicle. Their rapport was fantastic and you could tell they were having a good time working together. I just got an oil change that day, but will be back for other services soon! Friendly reminder to check the website for coupons! I saved 50%!
