The customer service and guidance is inconsistent and deplorable.
I took my car there for an inspection and was told my car needed a tire stud and fog lights changed. I was told I need to go to Autozone to buy parts for the tire stud. I asked specifically which parts to ask for. I was told specifically to just ask for the stud that matches my car. I asked where can I go to have someone replace the stud, he says, come back here we do that for you.
Next week I do just that and go to Valvoline and tell them that I need my stud replaced and fog lights changed and my inspection. I was told that can all be done, I would just have to wait an hour on the side and they’ll call me when ready.
After over an hour I pull in and the assistant manager tells me not only do they not replace studs on the tire, he also told me I needed to buy more than the stud. He explained that the man who told me to wait an hour is new. I asked what about the previous man who told me yes, he could replace my stud, and he said that person gave me wrong info because they don’t do those repairs.
