Denied the Veterans discount because it was "Active duty only". Proceeded to call valvoline and was informed its for veterans as well. Thanks. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 because the manager had a reasonable explanation. You need the coupon which if you call will be sent to you, AS WELL as ID. I have only ever used ID in Florida, Texas, and of course NY. So varies place to place.

I recently had my oil change here and they checked my tire pressure. But when I returned home, I found two of the tire valve caps were not replaced. I noticed that only the valves on the right side of the car were missing their caps. I suspect that because the manager was occupied on the left side of the vehicle, the worker on the right side failed to complete the final step of replacing the caps. It's unacceptable to leave customer vehicles incomplete after a simple service. This lack of attention is ridiculous. If the worker did this intentionally, it is even more problematic. I will order some caps from Amazon because I don't want to drive there again, but it's an unnecessary expense and inconvenience.
