Horrible customer service today. I am not one to complain but this was unacceptable. I had to ask if they were going to check my tires. The guy asked the girl to do my tires. He didn’t tell her my psi’s so I had to pop my head out of my window to tell her the psi’s as she was taking air out of my tires. They didn’t check my lights. It took more than 30 minutes and I was the only vehicle there. Paying over $100 for a simple oil change with the worst customer service and having to tell them how to do their job as a woman myself is absurd.
