They were very open about everything with my car and I had them double check my battery and they even shown me on the tablet where my battery wasn't needing a charge but needed a new battery soon and just crossed over the bad section. He gave me all details on battery replacement and I was pleased with every detail. Make sure these people are getting raises at the troy ohio one!!! They're always so nice and lovely and I never fear there service being bad because I've never had that there:) I'd never go anywhere else again:)

the clerk asked if it was ok to put 35 lbs air in the tires, i said no, its 32. My understanding is the mfrs air pressure is on the label on the door jamb. Also, the clip that secures the hood prop was missing, it may have fallen during service i had to buy a new one. The technician i believe was a trainee.
