They were a little slow because of an issue outside of their control and the staff explained the situation and offered a bit a discount for the inconvenience. They were friendly and took care of my oil change in a timely fashion once I got into the bay. I appreciated the manager explained the situation and offered a bit of discount of inconvience. I will return to this location.

I decided to spur the moment to pull in and get an oil change because both bags were empty. I’ve never been to the one in Swickley so I did not know what to expect. This was by for the best experience I have ever had at a Valvoline and they have all been good, but this one was head and shoulders above all the rest. Matthew, Spice and Ty Took care of my service and it was fantastic. We had great conversation we laughed we gave high-fives. They take immense pride in their work and they will not leave until everything is done perfectly no hassle no pressure. Best experience I could’ve ever expected to have. This is the only place I will go now to get my oil changed even though it’s a little bit out of the way for me. I had previously been going to the dealership, but this was that good. If you’re anywhere close, stop and get a service.
