It was our first time to this store and we are so disappointed by their service. We went there for oil change. First of all, they only provided us the oil that could only last for 3 months (we usually get ones that last for 6 months in our dealer).
Today, 3 months later, we change our engine oil. To our surprise, we found that this store OVER FILLED OUR ENGINE OIL THAT ALMOST CAUSED A DAMAGE TO OUR ENGINE.
Our engine has a 5 and 1/4 quarts oil limit and we drained out 7.5 quarts of old oil today!!!!!!! The old oil was completely black (we only drove about 2000 miles in 3 months so it should not be this black!!!). We think the reason that the old oil was so black is because they did not completely drain out our old oil last time. So the engine oil was mixed with old and new oil. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Pulled right in was greeted by Dakota, he was Fantastic!! Super friendly, talked through the process from start to finish, answered any questions. The gentleman assisting was also extremely friendly.

Excellent service, extremely quick. The staff was very helpful and completed every step. We had no issues using a coupon, and will definitely be back!
