During my recent visit for an oil change, a misunderstanding occurred regarding the servicing of my vehicle's air filter. While observing the technician's actions, I noticed that they were attempting to disassemble the air filter housing, which was not part of the requested oil change service. Upon inquiring about this, I was rudely asked to go elsewhere or get back in my vehicle. Additionally, despite bringing my own oil filter for the service, I had to specifically request a discount for using my own part. After the service was completed, I wanted to ensure that no tools had been left behind in my vehicle, but I was again met with hostility and told never to return.
