I could only give 4 stars because they recommended I not do a tire rotation bc I have an AWD vehicle. I was traveling in Franklin, TN and wanted to have the oil + tires done. Odd, bc the Valvoline where I live always does them for me? When I returned home I went to my tire place and got them rotated. They confirmed that rotation is fine for AWD vehicle.

Took 59 minutes in the bay, not in line, to get an oil change and rotate my tires. Whoever was working under my car was banging on something, and his manager chimed in "there's a tool for that." Manager himself was rude, but his employees were fine. They didn't even ask ahout my tire pressure and overinflated every tire to a different PSI. No acknowledgement or apology for how long it took.
