Waited in line but not a burden. The line moved quickly and it was less than 10 minutes. In the bay service went quickly. An attendant led me through the options for service and products. I opted from synthetic blend/middle option. Pricing was clear. Other filters were checked and attendant showed me to go over options. Same with lights all around. I chose new wiper blades. All said and done, my total time was 20+/- minutes. Cost was well under $200. I couldn't have done the work at home for that money and certainly not in that amount of time.
